Halter open back fitted beaded short dress with a medallion in the front. Hand decorated with crystals of your choice. Made of 4-way stretch high quality light weight sheer fabrics with beaded designs. Adjustable velvet straps for neck, back and length allows for you to customize to your perfect fit.
