Exchange/Return Policy
Thank you for ordering! Please read our policy below before placing your order:
1. All Sales Are Final
• Because our dresses are made by hand throughout our collections, all dress purchases are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and will be reviewed on an individual basis. As all Kasia de Gelaque dresses are made to order please be sure to pick the correct size for your needs. In order to qualify for an exchange please contact us directly and we will work with you and try our best to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
• Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. How to Start an Exchange/Return
• Simply email us at mailto:sales@kasiadegelaque.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We take great pride in curating each dress, and this policy helps us keep our collections fresh and exclusive. Thank you for understanding.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as Bikinis and Swimwear). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the item(s) for exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be contacted directly to resolve the issue.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to exchange your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note there are no cancellations, exchanges, or returns on custom orders and sale items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
