We accept returns on all pristine, unworn pieces with original packaging and tags intact within 7 days of receipt. And in the rare case of a flaw? We’ll replace it, no questions asked, covering all postage and handling.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery, according to shipment tracking, to make an exchange provided you have the original receipt, packaging, and the item's tags are still attached. This applies to non-custom orders.
Exchanges
What are the terms of exchanging an item?
To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging. In return, you'll receive a store credit to use on another one of our exquisite products.
Final Sale Items
What are final sale items?
All custom orders are final sale. Items that have been designated final sale items will be clearly marked on the website. Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. This includes accessories, sunglasses, bathing suits, and evening or cocktail dresses.
Clearance Items
What are clearance items?
All clearance items are considered final sale, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Method
How will I receive my refund?
We apologize, but we are unable to provide any cash refunds or credit back to your credit card for returns. Instead, we offer a store credit to ensure you can continue to indulge in our exclusive collection.
